By engaging with any product, service, or communication provided by VAN LAER Limited Liability Company ("we", "our", "us"), including but not limited to Swing Mastery coaching programs, content, or messaging, you accept the following conditions.
1. Introduction
Swing Mastery offers educational services, mentorship, digital courses, and community access designed to help traders improve their skills and performance. These Terms apply to all participants in our free or paid programs.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services. By signing up, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.
3. Account Registration
To access certain services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for any activity conducted under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering.
4. Services Provided
We provide structured training, recorded lessons, live mentorship, access to proprietary frameworks, and support through private community platforms such as Discord. Specific services may vary by program tier.
5. Use of Services
You agree not to engage in unlawful activity, infringe on others' rights, disrupt our communities, or misuse proprietary content. You retain ownership of any content you contribute, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to reference it for program or promotional purposes with your consent.
6. SMS & Communication Consent
By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive service-related and promotional text messages from Swing Mastery. 7. Marketing Communications

8. Payment Terms
All payments must be completed as per the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to pay may result in removal from the program without refund. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or subscription terms with notice.
9. Refund and Withdrawal Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds are not available except in cases of fraud or where required by law.
If you are located in France or Belgium and fall under EU consumer law, you may waive your 14-day right of withdrawal by accessing program content immediately.

10. Result Guarantee (If Applicable)
Some versions of our mentorship may include a performance guarantee. To qualify, the client must meet all commitments outlined in the program. Failure to do so will void eligibility.
11. Client Commitments
The client agrees to the following terms and conditions. The client commits to fully engaging in the program and completing all tasks outlined in the roadmap. The client must attend all scheduled group and one-on-one calls and is allowed one reschedule per one-on-one call with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. The client must participate in the community by asking questions and engaging with other members at least once a day. The client must follow all the advice and strategies provided to achieve the desired outcomes. The client must complete all course material provided. The client must join the group calls provided within the group.
12. No Cancellation Policy
This program is non-cancellable. By enrolling, you agree to complete the full duration of the program. A six-month minimum commitment may be required in certain offers before any refund or result-based guarantee applies.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, methods, and training materials provided by Swing Mastery are the intellectual property of VAN LAER LLC. They may not be copied, distributed, or reused without explicit permission.
14. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee specific financial results. You accept full responsibility for your trading decisions. We are not liable for any losses incurred during or after participation in the program.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VAN LAER LLC and its team from any claims, losses, or liabilities related to your use of our services.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which VAN LAER LLC is legally registered. Any disputes will be resolved under that jurisdiction.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
